French Riviera

As part of the Mediterranean cruise I took with my husband's family in 2010, the ship stopped at Villefranche on the French Riviera. We chose a shore excursion that took a bus up to Nice and the little medieval village of Eze, and then continued on to Monaco. (See a previous post for my Monaco photographs.)

Here are my favorite shots from that part of the trip:

Sunset as we were leaving Villefranche at the end of the day

View of Villefranche from the cruise ship
It was a foggy morning - imagine how bright those colorful houses would be on a sunny day!

Beautiful flowers in Nice, France

A misty mountain in Eze

Another pretty misty mountain
